THE STORY
We love restaurants as much as you do. That’s why we’ve been helping them fill tables since 1999.
The initial melting of the culinary tradition of ancient Peru with Spanish cuisine, evolved through immigration and influences of French, Italian, Asian and African people, who modified their traditional cuisines with ingredients available in Peruvian geography only. At La Brasa Rústica, we prepare our fresh ingredients daily.

We are a peruvian restaurant based on a homey feeling, but we also bring you a mystical peruvian feel along with a casual dining feel. We are a family restaurant that offers you the delicious flavors of peru through its grilled chicken and the favorites of the coast ceviche and jalea.
